Brooke
Hi! My name is Brooke.
I believe that one of the most important parts of therapy is feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. As a therapist, I genuinely enjoy getting to know each client—their personality, interests, strengths, challenges, and the little things that make them uniquely themselves. Building a trusting and authentic relationship is at the heart of the work I do.
I have a passion for working with neurodivergent children and teens, including individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental differences. I strive to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, without feeling pressured to fit into someone else’s idea of how they “should” be. I am also passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating chronic health conditions or autoimmune illnesses. Living with ongoing health challenges can affect so many areas of a young person’s life, and I believe they deserve a space where they can be open about those experiences, feel understood, and develop healthy ways to cope.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed, and creative. I love using play, expressive arts, games, movement, and other hands-on activities to help clients explore their emotions and experiences. I don’t believe therapy has to look the same for everyone. Sometimes meaningful therapeutic work happens through a conversation, and sometimes it happens while coloring, playing a game, or creating something together.
Above all, I want my clients to know that therapy is a space where they can show up as themselves. My goal is to meet each person where they are, celebrate their strengths, support their growth, and build a therapeutic relationship where they feel safe, valued, and understood. It is a privilege to be invited into anyone’s world, and I feel incredibly grateful to do work that allows me to connect with and support others along the way.
