Hi! My name is Darcy Neymeyer.

Darcy earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary and middle school education and her master’s degree in school counseling from the University of Northern Iowa. Shortly after graduation, she traded the cold, snowy winters of the Midwest for the warm, sunny days of Southwest Florida.
With over 15 years of experience working with children through both teaching and counseling, Darcy brings a compassionate and knowledgeable approach to her work. She is currently a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern and is excited to join the team at Delta Family Counseling as she works toward full licensure.
Darcy has supported youth dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, major life transitions, low self-esteem, and more. She integrates a variety of evidence-based strategies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and play-based techniques, to meet each individual where they are.
She looks forward to partnering with you to build practical coping skills and navigate life’s challenges together.
