Finding time to drive to and from therapy can be tricky! Sometimes things are out of your control and you can’t schedule the extra time. Maybe you can’t find a counselor near you that you connect with.

Telehealth may be the answer you are looking for!

Our counselors provide confidential, secure sessions where you and your therapist can do therapy just about anywhere!

One thing that makes telehealth unique is that you can choose where you feel most comfortable! Some clients find their couch or office comfortable while others meet from their cars (**car must not be moving during telehealth!)

Telehealth doesn’t work for everyone but for many, it is the answer they need to still receive services!

Our office provides telehealth for individuals anywhere in Florida! It is a requirement that you have to be in the state! They call it “feet on the ground”. Our therapists will always confirm you are physically located in a state we can legally meet with you in!

Not in Florida? That may be ok! Our owner, Tara, also holds a license in Massachusetts, Virginia, Illinois, Colorado, and Vermont and she can provide telehealth services from Florida while you are still in one of those states!
